Rentals run flexibly from 6 suites to all 12, and every reservation includes the entire estate. A full staff including chef, sous chef, concierge, mixologist, two housekeepers, villa manager, gardener, and night watchman run the property the way a five-star hotel would, but for one group at a time.

A hillside of private estates above the most exclusive beach in Conchas Chinas, ten minutes south of Old Town. The villa sits on the lowest tier — direct beach access, no road to cross. Fifteen minutes north and you're on Olas Altas, in Zona Romántica. Drive twenty south and you're in Mismaloya, where the boats leave for Yelapa and Los Arcos.

Villa Montecito's concierge arranges every excursion — boat charters to Yelapa, the Marietas Islands, and Los Arcos, in-villa spa days, and beach mornings on the private cove. You name the day; the concierge builds it.
On the water
Charters leave from Mismaloya, twenty minutes south. Snorkel Los Arcos in the morning, lunch barefoot in Yelapa, and be back for sunset at the palapa.
In the villa
Massages on the terrace, private mariachi at dinner, tequila tastings at the palapa bar. The estate is the venue — the concierge brings the rest to you.
On the sand
The coved beach is steps from the pool deck, with a roped-off stretch exclusive to villa guests. Mornings are for swimming; the rocks at the cove's edge are for the snorkelers.

when you arrive, and a chef in the kitchen. We're a 12-suite estate located on Banderas Bay, one of Mexico's best sandy coves, in the neighborhood Vallartans call the Beverly Hills of PV. We host roughly forty groups a year — weddings, reunions, milestones.
Inclusive service is a baseline. There are no
other guests. There is no front desk. The whole estate is yours.
